Famous Dave’s DMV brings new meaning to barbequed food. Before you get a plate of award-winning meat cooked to perfection, your food goes through several stages. First, the cook hand rubs the meat with spices. Next, the slab goes into the hickory smoker. Once it comes, it is ready to be served.

Rich & Sassy® Mild - heat level: Mild
We start with Dave’s original, family-secret sauce that started it all. This sauce combines hand-picked herbs and spices to create a gentle, tasty addition to your food.

Buffalo - heat level: Medium
Next up is Famous Dave’s take on a staple in the BBQ community, Buffalo sauce. This traditional sauce will pull out the flavor on your plate while giving just enough kick.

Pineapple Rage® - heat level: Medium-High
This unique, award-winning sauce takes the sweet flavor of pineapple and sets it on fire with habanero peppers. This sauce brings some heat to the table.

Devil’s Spit® - heat level: Medium-High
Dave tapped his dark side for this one. This sauce takes the hottest peppers, throws them together, and spits on your food with fire from, shall we say, down below. Beware the heat!

Wilbur’s Revenge® - heat level: Medium-High
